Interesting. I weighed myself this morning and I'm back to 274 from yesyerday's 272. I know that's why you shouldn't weigh every day, because it fluctuates, but it's annoying! I actually exercised yesterday, too! That's okay. I'll be extra diligent about tracking my meals today. I ate out twice in the past two days, I'll eat at home today.

I hate that fluctuation, my biggest problem is that I can't seem to stay away from the scale! I serously could weigh myself 10 time a day! I am working on this problem and setting a goal for twice a week!
