So I lost a lot of weight pretty fast doing keto but I quit keto and am barely maintaining my weight, I need ideas for a long term sustainable diet if anyone can help!

I also do my chores while they are sleeping and sometimes I cook, all before 8:20 cause i clock in at 9am for work

Did you practice IF while on keto? If so, try to stick with that. If not, give it a try.

Thanks everyone , I really appreciate your advice & y’all had some great suggestions that I’ve been experimenting with the past few days. My main problem with keto is more of eating mostly meat, I’m fine with cutting out grains and smaller overall portions & such but I hate having to cut out fruits and not being able to have a good serving of vegetables through the day either 😬

The great thing about weight loss, is that u don’t need Keto

@chunkymamas, you do not have to forgo vegetables and fruits to eat LCHF/keto properly. In fact, if one is "eating mostly meat," one misunderstands the "ketogenic" WOE. Of course, that's unsustainable! (I get that some people do the "carnivore" WOE. I wouldn't like that, but I haven't done any research on that diet.) I invite you to take a look at my food logs over the past few days for examples of meal choices that combine meat, fish, fats, vegetables, and fruit.

Oh! And butter! Butter makes life worth living for me lately!

Eat only when you're really hungry, enjoy your food, eat slowly, savour each bite. Eat till you're full but not stuffed and try to move around as much as possible throughout the day. Also be relaxed, drink tea, enjoy life🤗 Food is always there, it's not running away.
