wow, had over 60g of carbs today, but still came in under on the calories so I hope I didn't do too much damage. Having soo many cravings but since we no longer keep junk in the house, I'm able to behave a bit

20g is unsustainable for me. I'm at an average of 70g a day and I'm still losing weight... I'll only reduce the carbs if my weight starts to stall...

So true, you can't keep it up for long.. I think that's why we give up in the end. I think I will try re-evaluate as well and see what I can live with long-term

How does anyone get under 20g carbs! I can’t will all the avo, eggs and fruit! 😩😩😩 I’m trying to cut fruit out for most of this week.

Fruit definitely doesn't help, I don't have much of a sweet tooth so I completely cut them out and just stick to veggies. Draw backs of staying under 20g for me is I don't get enough fibre so end up with constipation.
