This is so true!
Often I get discouraged because I measure in the evening and the results are greatly different than in the morning. Especially with shark week, the bloating can be hectic

We get a bit obsessed with the scale though, you have to actively avoid it otherwise you slip and fall onto one, next thing it says 2kilos up
