trying to up my fat intake-on keto, any ideas on how to use coconut oil besides cooking, I heard of just eating a spoonful but that sounds horrible

On toast with a bit of cinnamon and honey.
Coconut oil chocolate bars are yuuuuuummy
Add it to oats
Mix into yogurt
Eat raw coconut
Basically replace anything you would use butter for with it
