I am soooo off track! I work for the school and summer is a down fall. I want to eat because I'm bored. My husband suggested to pack my breakfast and lunch as if I were going to school and only eat what I pack. I'll try this for a while and see how that works. Any suggestions are welcome.

The best thing you can do for yourself is get busy. Get out of the house. If you have kids, plan activities where you can be active. Check out local museums, take kids to the pool, plan a fun picnic (where you know what you are eating), go the playground and chase them around. Take up a new hobby (knitting, crocheting, etc.) Find things that will take you away from the food. Put the scale in front of the fridge. Walk around the mall (but stay away from the food court, lol). Go to a movie. Look online for fun things to do around your town. If it's raining, do a movie-a-thon. Many possibilities.
