Well did not good eating yesterday so bad don't think Iam gona mention it, however I did keep the bad stuff low on the portion side.
Today however, worked and of course didn't get out on time but made myself get on the treadmill 17min running total of 25 with walking, not doing very good on the run time. At 2 hard boiled eggs, small portion of lowfat cottage cheese, pear, two low cal rice cakes, half a small salad with sb dressing 5 chicken nuggets and treated myself for getting on the treadmill with a smart choice sundee (170cal) not bad perfect size. Hopefully I can keep this up all week end plan on weighting in tomorrow before work. Still not feeling well and its draining my energy, so off to bed.

Just pick yourself back up and get on track.... I allow yourself occasionally, and then get back to business. You can do it.

That exercise you are doing an excellent way of counterbalancing any "mistakes" in you eating patterns. To me it sounds like a lot of exercise; keep up the good work, you will succeed!
