Looks yummy but why don't you try Bulgar wheat instead of rice!! much better for dieting! xx

Nwver thought to try. That was only 191 calories so thought not too bad

Just googled rice versus bulgar wheat n apparently not only is it more nutritional but helps to loose belly fat along with quinoa but it's more expensive so I've never tried it.. but I don't cook it as such.. just pour boiling water to just over the top..takes practice to not add to much.. leave it for about 5 minutes n then microwave it for..30-60 seconds depending on the microwave n poof it's done! 😃😃
