Month 1 maintenance notes to self...

Sixth month anniversary -- No longer weighing, measuring & logging food. Stopped hopping on the scale every day. (Still feels odd not to do this.) Still losing during maintenance albeit gradually now.

NO ONE is holding the two-wheeler steady... I'm riding the bike on my own. BUT I must stay vigilant and not lose my balance on the sidewalk cracks.

39.4 pounds original loss at five months - 43.2 pounds total loss - new BMI 21.9

Oh, those pesky sidewalk cracks! Especially where YOU live, lol...good job on the maintenance, jenkie! And thanks again for your encouragement. I feel like I'm back on track, although, of course, this morning I woke up to POURING rain...
