So far today I’m making good choices. Set some salmon out for dinner, too. I need to up my protein and lower my carbs. On December 20 it was a year since I quit smoking. I know my weight gain is in part because I’m eating instead of smoking. I should be proud that I’m not smoking anymore and more gentle with myself about my weight. Just wanted to write a reminder to myself. 😊🎈
