I did Zumba today. and stayed under my points! yay! i'm so happy about that and feel like i have made a great accomplishment. i think i'm learning the system and figuring better things to eat. example: at burger king tonight, i was going to order the fried chicken salad and use 10 pts, but instead i got the grilled chick salad and only used 4 pts. yay!!!!!
the class wore me out, so good night FS! My challenge start tonight!
