So I know a loss is a loss and from what I lost this week I shouldn’t feel this way but I can’t help but feel like i’m not doing enough. Just having one of those weeks I suppose and I am really starting to worry that if I am not losing bigger numbers now its going to be impossible to lose when I get down a little more. I keep trying to tell myself that muscle is being developed so my weight loss is going to vary but just like a lot of people you measure performance based on the little number in front of you or the big number depending on how you look at. I know that if I keep a 2lb a week pace i’ll meet my goal but when you think about how hard it is going to be to lose in the future it’s hard to see smaller numbers here and there.

I think I need to get something to measure my body fat so that I have another measure to draw positives from. Need to do some physical activity tonight too maybe a bike ride.
