Hurray! Back on track.
Lost 2 lbs in a day, to 204.8 and I am back on track. My handy dandy wall chart says so!
Last nights bike ride was intense. I spun hard and hauled ass a few times. Took a different path at the port to check it out. It is actually sort of nice riding near sunset near the water. Lots of fishermen, it was nice.
Yesterday had my chicken lunch with slaw. Wifey & Daughter made chicken dinner, and it was tasty. So I had a chicken and veggie wrap on low carb wrap.
Our house guest, the dog we were dog sitting has gone home. He was a handful, far from potty trained, chewed on stuff, and was food aggressive. Basically, not a very good dog. However he was starting to grow on us after 4 weeks. Anyway, bye bye doggie. Our Kitty seems very glad to have him gone, as she was very active and chatty this AM!
Anyway, work time.
