Well looks like i may have to have surgury. Come to find out I have 2 cyst on my ovaries. One of them behind 5.3 in size which means that was is very large and probably removed. Well its lil after 1pm and still have not eaten anything I suppose i should get up and fix something. oh ya also one of the reasons i also got checked out was not just because ofthe pain but that i missed my period and with all there blood test and urine test i am not preg. The doctors said since i loost almost 30 lbs in short time that could be normal to miss period because of it. anyone else have same problem?

I had a cyst removed the size of a grapefruit... I was only 19. I did not go through what you are going,,,, but just hang in there.

fast weight loss can cause a shock to your body and cause hormonal changes which could cause a missed period. Sometimes cysts will reabsorb on their own, but sometimes you have to have them removed. Hope everything goes well for you.

Ovarian cysts are fairly common and easily treated, I believe. We all will be here for you!

I am glad you found out some answers..
I have heard about the missed period thing from weight loss.
Hopefully once all this gets sorted out you'll feel better.

thanks guys. I am hoping my doctor will have some other ideas and not have to have surgury but the doctor in ER said most likely cause of the siz. SO we will see. I mean dont get me wrong its nice not having period but atleast now i know why..
