Not a great week for me. I made a point to watch what I ate and burn 1000+ calories per day, yet somehow still managed to gain 0.4lbs. If this is going to keep up, I may as well leave one of the challenges I'm involved in now. I did have a drop before, but most of the last few weeks have involved a gain of some sort, even though I'm busting my ass working out.
This is why I hate having to lose weight. If it were honestly as simple as watching what I ate and exercising, I wouldn't mind the hard work, but sometimes that just doesn't work the way it should, and that's what gets frustrating. Who wants to keep trying when your weight hasn't changed more than a pound in over a month even when you're doing things right?
