I can already tell this is not going to be a steady loss, my self control is really awful. The last two days were pretty easy and I was motivated to stay on track, but during the week I have a fairly regimented schedule so it's easier not to be tempted.

But today is Friday, which means all sorts of temptations. At work I was very good, but I went over to my parents' house and things started to fall apart. I'd been good the last two days and I was really craving cheese, and I reigned things in at just one piece (yay) and followed the plan. Then my mom brought home a vegetable tray and like 20 leftover pork sandwiches from work cause my brother had friends over, and that was really hard to stay at just one. They were delicious. I also caught myself before I dipped my veggies in dressing (another yay). Snap peas and grape tomatoes are amazingly delicious, but I still want to just pig out on a bag of Doritos or something. I ended up drinking like 4 cups of tea tonight just so I would feel full.

I'm definitely going to have to watch myself or I'll fall right back into my old habits. Today I was okay, but it's going to get harder the longer I go without the things I'm used to. Hopefully I'm up for it and don't give up. I wish I weren't dreading the weekend but I am.

I will be good.
