Sanitabez the trick is to create volume in your meals see the chicken breast was shredded same with the lettuce low cal high volume

Omad is basically a way to control eating and helps especially for people who feel dissatisfied by small portions
Omad means you eat once a day (One Meal A Day) while staying in a calorie defecit so you can have a big satisfying meal.😉👍
