Sanitabez the trick is to create volume in your meals see the chicken breast was shredded same with the lettuce low cal high volume Got my inspiration from theblakediet

Would lose weight faster with unprocessed and unrefined calories. However ur way is more cost effective

I do omad almost everyday drinking black coffee lots of water and the occasional Coke light.

I have been doing omad/IF since August and lost 24Kg, I wish I found it sooner, you don't feel restricted.

Omad is basically a way to control eating and helps especially for people who feel dissatisfied by small portions Omad means you eat once a day (One Meal A Day) while staying in a calorie defecit so you can have a big satisfying meal.😉👍
