I'm down 12 pounds in 3 weeks...awesome in my opinion! The hard work is paying off, I have goals that for the first time I am actually making! So last night my husband and I went to one of the local bars we frequent for a birthday party...with Thanksgiving coming up and traveling for the holidays I decided I didnt want to drink last night to keep going in the right direction. One person actually asked me if I was pregnant...I am 43 with 3 children and my first grandbaby due in March so NO I am not pregnant. Apparently I'm not supposed to go to the bar and drink water all night lol. I danced and had just as much fun as the people around me drinking and I'm sure I feel a helluva lot better this morning than they do...onward and upward I go...haters gonna hate
