So today I decided to get the game plan on. Its starts officially on Tuesday, June 1st but I will try to make good choices before that day. I will admit I will eat things I won't be eating during the game plan!
I just keep dreaming about having a body like Marilyn Monroe! I think its every "apple shapes" dream. I have to remember to not get stressed out since it does pump extra cortisol hormones which produces fat in my upper body! WHHHHYYYYYYYY... I'm stressed because I'm stressed about my body. Double trouble!!
