Well i'm having one of those day after regret kind of days. I normally do the gym Monday and Wednesday at a minimum. But I don’t know what it was I just flat out didn’t feel like it yesterday. My fiancée was sick so I ended up just going home and relaxing on the couch with her but now I feel crappy about breaking up my quasi routine. I know I shouldn’t really worry to much about it considering I didn’t break down and eat anything bad but looking back now it feels like not going to the gym was as if I ate Burger King.

Not sure why i’m overly worried about it. I had a good workout Monday and rode my bike 17 miles on Tuesday so maybe I should just take it as giving my body a day off but as opposed to the great way I felt yesterday after my bike ride today I just feel like I let myself down a little.

I feel that way too when I don't make a trip to the gym. It's like I'm cheating on it. ha ha But since you did 17 miles bike riding, I would consider that as your workout, you just swapped days. You don't want to overwork your body. :) If I'm not able to make it to the gym, I look for other things to do. Cleaning the house, but I'll opt for anything else. ;) I'll pop in a exercise DVD and do that. Gardening is a good workout.
