I wanted to share my motivation program that I recorded on the body building website:

"1 Corinthians 6:19-20 "... your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit... You a were bought at a price... Therefore honor God with your body."

Get out there! Get active! And start moving. I never feel like working out at the end of the day, but I always feel great afterwards. Find a strength training program that works for you! You can't gain that toned look without building muscle. Losing stomach fat is nearly impossible without building muscle. Use setbacks as motivation to get started again!
