Did bad yesterday. Had a cookie at work but then I got home and mom had made me pork chops. I was really tired from a presentation I gave so I just ate them and then had 3 more cookies. First day I've been over my calorie quota in quite a while. I think it's the mochas I keep getting to wake up which are doing it, pulling me off the wagon. Changed my RDI from 2300 to 2000 for a bit to see what happens.
