that looks good! does it have real sugar or fake sweeteners? I am OK with stevia but any of the fake stuff they put in "diet" stuff makes my joints hurt. let me know If it's good! looking for a shake I can use to replace a meal or a protein bump after workout

I'd like to hear more about that "fake-stuff making joints hurt." My hips and shoulders hurt all the time, even more so when I try to walk very far. Are you saying that sugar free sweeteners influence joint pains?

Yes! For me I avoid fake sugars. I have had some joint pain and swelling on and off for a few years. My doc at first brushed it off since I am in my 30's, he thought maybe just lifestyle (busy mom lifting wrong running all over too much). Until I had a wrist swell that required steroid injections. I was checked for RA...negative. So my chiropractor advised me that fake sugars can aggravate and cause inflammation (gut, joints etc) So I do my best to avoid it.

food sensitivities also can really effect pain too. I have food sensitivities to dairy, many veggies and flour products.
