Another coffee. Bad Cliff. I'm so sleepy these days and the time change isn't helping. I think I needed a bit more of a break between workout days though, I was so exhausted when I got home yesterday that I couldn't move. Mom needed to make dinner and I ate 3 whole fried fish fillets. There was a tiny uptick in weight, but I actually think that bit was mostly muscle, so again, I need to remind myself that the real concern is my triglycerides and cholesterol, not the weight specifically.
