okay, it has been really hard trying to keep up with this for my own sake. I have lost some weight which is good.. I hate the going up and down constantly, but the good news is I am finally away from 297lbs which made me really happy.. Went to a party and I got compliments about my hair and condemed for my extra weight..lol.. thank God I have a sense of humor or I would of been demolished..lol, then to make matters worst they had this photographer taking pictures.. I saw the way I looked and I said to myself not bad, but gurllll, you have to loose this weight..hahahah.. so I am back on the ball again, just took a tour of the YMCA, love the fact that I can swim anytime I want, then I can do the machines and have a dip in the pool for a good swim..so this is my update for now.. hope I can continue with this better outlook i have.. I figure it is just like smoking I have to kick the food habbit.. lol
