I did OK on the alcohol yesterday - none - and consequently no evening snacks, in fact I had my last food of the day at around 5.30 pm. I recorded it as 'pizza' but in fact it's a Turkish version which is a very thin dough topped with cheese and baked, nothing else added. Not the ideal meal but I had half an hour between my normal work hours and an evening meeting.

Finished the day well within RDI but didn't have a chance to exercise. Got home at 9pm, tidied the kitchen, cleaned up after the cats and fed them and did about two hours of ironing - that all counts as activity in my book!
