carbs up = weight up... not new info but dammit its hard to stay away... in better news, i registered for a 10k marathon the end of October! Lets hope this is the motivation i need to get my ass back into work out wear and moving and my feet back in runners!

Sounds awesome! Good luck, I wish I could join you but I HATE RUNNING!!!! I was in the Army for 9 years and promised myself when I got out that I would never have to run again .lol. Tha might be why I got fat :) anyway, you can do it. you have come so far. Keep up the motivation.
