I hate being sick, there's no energy for exercising and when I'm miserable I couldn't possibly care less about eating right. I've actually been pretty decent with my eating, due to knowing I'm too sick to exercise, but the lack of exercise is really bugging me. Hoping to be able to get back to it soon. My loss this week must have been pure luck because I have no idea how I lost nearly a pound.

Now if I can just get back to exercising, I can hopefully have a bigger loss next Sunday.

being sick stinks;( but when you are all rested and better, get back to it! maybe even a light walk while you are not 100% might make you feel better? have a good day and take care of yourself!
