Made my chili tonight..yum! Used a red, green and yellow pepper, an onion, 2 lb grass-fed ground beef, a can of dark red kidney beans, 3 small gala apples, raw cocoa powder and various spices (chili powder, hungarian paprika, smoked paprika, red cayenne pepper, cumin, oregano, coriander, cinnamon, garlic powder, onion powder, fresh ground black pepper...I think that's all). Did I say YUM yet? Sweet, smokey, just enough heat/spice...delicious! I'll probably never be able to make it again cause I didn't measure the spices, just judged it by what I wanted.

I also picked up some specialty cheeses so I could make some 'gourmet' gluten-free mac-n-cheese for myself. And then I have the standard salad stuff and my burger stuff. That will get me through this week's meals. I got eggs and bacon too. May try to do a Sunday breakfast this weekend...after my workout of course.

@ppphhhttt - I LOVE the Udi's brand Gluten Free pizza crusts. They end up light and crunchy and satisfy the pizza urge. And, it doesn"t trigger cravings for more like regular wheat type products

Hope you had a good friday night. I too love those never make it the same twice dishes. Simply because the next time you make it you can change it up. Needless to say it's all good! Have a great Saturday! Enjoy your creative and yummy (4 u lol) meals!
