Body fat 14.1% don't know if I'm losing anymore weight I'm stuck between 146-152 for last 5 months i guess I'm overeating or not exercising enough haven't played tennis in months weight is stable at 146-152.since orthopedic surgeon knee specialist is recommending double knee replacement surgery.

for your size I would think it is pretty ideal. maybe just toning up a bit if you feel you need a bit of shape work.

135 but then I would be considered borderline anorexic according to bmi probably more realistic is 140, I'm 6'0 tall without shoes to me it's more psychologically damaging to see weight spiraling upwards it's a control issue because upwards can get me alarmed or depressed that I don't want to deal with yo yo dieting and had eating habits again maybe it's because of the season change fall winter causes weight gain?

no I meant your current weight is ideal and just do some toning for anything else you need. exercise helps to maintain weight too.

My weight chart shows higher lows indicative of coming weight gain? I need to tweak something my intake amount, Or change the bad eating habits that have temporarily crept in i think it's my not playing tennis in 2 months

Yeah 150 is ideal, according to other but not to me I see fat around my waist stomach and don't like it

Yeah your right i haven't been active because my knee pain osteoarthritis makes me sit all day I'm getting custom knee braces exercise hurts my knees

Plus my orthopedic surgeon wants me to stop tennis and any high impact activity which keeps me toned and weight down
