Well I ran yesterday for PT for about an hour, which is good, but then my diet was terrible for the rest of the day! and when I say terrible, I mean TERRIBLE! And I didn't lift after work yesterday....but today i will have to run. I should get about 4-5 miles in today. And then get a slim fast for dinner.
I'm starting to freak out about my PT test coming up and trying to wear a bathing suit in Sept....I would feel a lot better if I saw a litlle movement on the scale. If I could get under like 166 I owuld be happy. Hopefully all this running will help make a move in the right direction.
Keeping it moving....one day at a time.
