I go down, I go up. I’m definitely a stress eater, but I’ve cut out a lot of the junk food. Looking at different diets/ways of eating. I think I’m going to have to do a lot of prepping in order to be successful. But I NEED to make these changes for my health and the quality of my life.

I feel the same way. I need something different in my life.

It helps me to menu plan at least two to three days ahead, but I have done a whole week. And by that, I mean plugging it all (even snacks) into the daily thing on here. Of course I can make changes (especially for snacks - may not know what I'm wanting), but it really helps me to stick to the plan. Also, I have to be diligent on measuring or I slowly tend to creep up in portion size.

I've been in that down up down up cycle for a long time as well - good luck finding what kind of system works best for you!
