Got so many shits yesterday. bad news from home, shocking news at work so i was so upset and binge into food last night. GOOD thing that i dint went back to 70 kg and still at 69. whew, ill try to manage my stress without eating next time. I'm quiet ok now thanks to my friends for being there for me. and this morning i woke up at 5:15 am to hop on the treadmill and brisk walk, then a few mins of crunches. And it really made me feel a lot better now. When i get home, in case shits comes on my way again, i'll still workout and try to keep in mind that overeating WON'T do anything good to me.
