I have a question for all you smart people in computerland.
How do I say this delicately? I don’t.
I’ve never had a problem with constipation like I have since I started eating better. I started eating a few prunes almost everyday a couple weeks ago to help move things along. Now they’re not working as well as they were. Any ideas? 😳

when I use to have to much protein..I was always constipated....but once I cut back on protein...no problem having 1 or 2 whooshes per day

I think I’m going to try the Benefiber type stuff. Maybe that’ll .......move me. 😏 Thanks to everyone for all your advice. I really appreciate it! REALLY! Lol. ❤️

Increase your fiber intake. Add ground flaxseed to foods. I put it in meatloaf and meatball recipes as the filler instead of bread crumbs. Add it to cookies and cereal. Also be sure you are drinking lots of water!!
