Did not weigh in today. Maybe cuz I slept in til 9, and by that time already drank lots of water and gatorade.

Had a healthy breakfast with the wife, 2 eggs, veggies, flat bread. Washed my bike, and feel like riding it.

I have a rush of energy after I drink a lot, like I have a few screws loose. lol. I will crash after lunch, take a nap, and be back to normal (somewhat). If I can avoid overeating, I will succeed.

Birthday was a bit off the chain, wife called some of her girlfriends who "drink more than me". I am a little old man, I like to drink a few beers and just sit at the bar or listen to music. These ladies party like they are 21, want to sing, dance, etc, etc. Anyway, I appreciated it and just stood by and watched, lol. It was fun. Then we went by our old hangout to have a beer with our "old friends" lol. Then we came home and I watched some concert DVD's, talked to family back stateside, and then crashed. Anyway, it was fun.

So, today will be a quiet day. Perhaps I will get on the bike this afternoon, perhaps not. Wind forecast is really bad, its like 15-20 mph winds. Makes for hard riding, and dirty/dusty conditions.

Off to study. And do whatever. Ooh, wife and I are going shopping.
