ok So in 12 days i've gone up to 152 and now im back down to 146- how crazy is that? Ive not been recording because holy cow what is going on!?

I had that happen alot too. For me a portion of that is sodium retention. If I have too much salt ..the next morning I could be up as high as 4 lbs...it is ridiculous. Takes me a good couple of days to get rid of it. Saw your history...you are doing great. Keep up the great work.
