well,woke up this morning in pain.my neck head and face were killing me.already took something and didn't work so i started drinking whiskey and now i have screwed up my diet.so should i take a cheat day and have pizza tonight?this is so hard and on top of it i'm thinking about quiting smoking too?!i need a break.

Don't do the pizza. Just because you have "screwed up" with one thing, doesn't mean you should give yourself a complete pass to eat whatever you want. In the morning, you will thank yourself. Make sure you don't quit too many things all at once. That could possibly set you up for failure on all. Good luck today and be strong!
