We’ve been traveling internationally since 2009. I started at 215 pounds and lost down to 150 in Guatemala. After four children and four countries, I’m now struggling with a boomerang between hyper and hypothyroidism. In our most recent country, Cambodia, with the last pregnancy, I afterward got down to 125 with no effort and no change in diet. That’s when I was diagnosed with Grave’s disease. Now, though breastfeeding, exercising more than when I lost, and not changing anything with food, I’m gaining. My body confuses me. I hate gaining weight.
