It’s easy. Cut the squash in half. Cook it in an ‘Insta Pot’ 7 minutes on “high pressure”. Scoop out the stringy spaghetti looking stuff and let it cool. After it’s cool, squeeze the excess water out of the stringy stuff. After you’ve squeezed water out of it, add one egg white and seasons (whatever you like) to the stringy squash and mix with your hands carefully. Press out the stringy mixture to a pizza pan lined with waxed paper. The ‘crust’ will be about 1/4 inch thick (looks like thin crust and about a medium size). Bake until crispy and brown on the edges at 425 degrees. Now flip the ‘crust’ with help from the waxed paper and bake on other side. When ‘crust’ is browned on both sides (I don’t know how long. Watch for browned edges). Now it’s time to make the pizza.👏🏼👏🏼 Add your sauce, cheese, and toppings. We use Paul Newman marinara sauce, shredded munster cheese, chopped up lean ham, diced pineapple (no sugar added) and Sliced jalapeños. Cook at 425 degrees until desired brownness.

you meant parchment paper, right! Not WAX PAPER.

Kenna - waxed paper is the same think as parchment paper. Waxed paper is the old name for it. ☺️ 

Waxed paper and Parchment is not the same. Waxed paper should not be used in the oven or microwave.  

Khbutler parchment is heat resistant— wax paper is just that— paper with a coating of wax. It is NOT for the oven. There is a risk of the wax actually igniting if the oven is hot enough.

@Kenna I was about to say the same thing WAX paper??? LOL The Silpat silicon sheets (or any of the brands) are also wonderful and clean up easily.
