Today is day 2 of a 3 day planned:
20 net carbs max and 1700 calories max
Day 1 Didn't meet either carb or calorie goal - I'm over it
Day 2 - both goals
Day 3 - TBD
Crushed a cardio session in the gym this morning. 10K steps in 90 minutes between the treadmill, elliptical and then treadmill again.
On the treadmill, I did multiple bursts of 10 mph sprints while staying on top of my heart rate when I slowed down to a 5 mph jog
Tomorrow, I intend to do the same at the gym. I miss the gym.
