Had a bit of a setback. I ate bad for 4 days, to much junk, did not record anything. Having a hard tome getting back on track. I did write everything down today. I need to have a salad for dinner and nothing else with calories today. Drink lots of water. I have to stay around 1250 the rest of the week to get back on track.
