I just joined this site a few days ago. I heard about it from a woman on the blog site I write on and figured it couldn't hurt to look around. I don't have a lot of support in my real life, so a community like this sounded like something neat to explore.

My heavy weight was 240lbs. My start weight for this round of losing weight was 208lbs, regardless of what the thingy on here says. I guess it counts your current weight when you sign up as your start weight? I don't know, I haven't figured this place out yet.

I'm excited to have a new place to find people that are all working towards the same thing I am. I'm hoping this will help keep my motivation up when the inevitable time comes that it will began to crumble. I'm really trying to stick with it and get to goal this time.

Hi there, thistimeitsfor me too:) just gotta do it- no excuses- every meal is a chance to make a decision. it is not the piece of cake that made us fat- it was everything that followed;) i am trying to live by that. good for you for making it here- i am fairly new to the site too and i cannot tell you how helpfu it has been. good luck to you!
