I haven't been good about recording what I've been eating lately. But I have been carefully keeping my sugar grams down to under 15 a day. I've also been keeping my carbs under 120 grams. Chicken Ceasar has become one of my favorite fall back options for eating out.
I'm feeling good and happy to have lost another too 2lbs. 140's here I come.
