NSV today!! My boss that hasn't seen me in several months came to our location and said how thin I am getting! I don't really feel thin, but I can definitely tell a difference in my face and the muffin top is much smaller. It is so rewarding having people really notice the difference. I was commenting how much better I feel now than I did even 5 years ago. Healthy eating and exercise really does make a difference!!!
