I really wanted a cream puff at my work celebration last night, but did not do it. Too easy to fall into bad habits. I was 35.5 waist this morning and really I think the scale was at 162.5. But here's the thing. It's about how it feels. It feels great. Truly I was hungry when I got home last night - but that was satisfied quickly. My goal is to be 160 in the next 3 weeks. Seems reasonable - anything more will be just Gravy! and I love Gravy
