I have got to get it together starting now. I found out that Godfather's Pizza now has gluten free pizza. I was SOOOOOO excited!! My household is gluten free...my daughter has celiac and me UC. I was so excited at the thought of gluten free pizza that I don't have to make AND pizza we can get delivered. I jumped ship to go try it out for lunch. It wasn't even that good. "The Bar" in Cedar Creek has much better...no delivery though. Afterwards, I had a nasty belly ache, couldn't belch and needed too BAD and got heartburn. It's not just gluten, I can't do starch period. So, I'm still excited the rest of the family can have delivery. I'm going to have to do just a topping concoction if I want pizza taste. Then theres the smores around the campfire. Anyway...blew the heck out of my diet. I've got all these excuses for it and need to just suck it up and get back on track tomorrow. Enough is enough. I've been lazy logging on the weekends but still sticking to eating plan. I'm making myself log right now when I'd rather be sleeping so I can see the nasty numbers that weren't even worth it. I feel like crap...literally...so not worth it.

That is what happens to me when I eat too many carbs, especially the ones from white flour, like bread. Sorry that you are feeling poorly, but now you know that the pizza still isn't appropriate for your body. The only thing to do is to get back on track, and learn from your experience. And remember we can't change yesterday, but we can take care of today, and plan for tomorrow. Have a great rest of the weekend!!

Sorry to hear about the pain, I miss pizza too havent had any for 7 months :( I just know I couldnt stop at one piece so I just stay away. Glad to hear you back on your program and feeling better :)
