My bike ride was disappointing today. When am I going to learn to eat a meal first? Now I have to do the bike all over again after I eat.🙄

why, if you got your exercise in eating after exercise helps to recoup your body. make sure you get some good protein.

When I exercised I hadn’t eaten yet, at all. I should have eat something before I got on my bike. My exercise wasn’t as efficient as it could have been.
