I started this ‘eat better and lose a bunch of weight thing’ on 6/4. 😊
As of today I’m down 40 pounds!! 🎉
I hope I can keep it going! So far so good. 💪🏼

Wow, what are you eating? As soon I started the old lady time, I gained 20 pounds overnight and all my levels were fine. I never really eat and I was always on my feet 9 hours a day..

That’s how I felt once I lost a good amount! I couldn’t wait to keep going - I felt so good, my clothes were falling off of me and the whole process was fun and positive. Keep up the good work!

BlueEyes777 - I’ve got a lot of weight to lose so the weight is coming off quickly, for now. Once I start getting close to my target weight it’ll slow way down. But to answer your question, the diet is just low calorie. I wanted it as simple as possible and that’s about as simple as a person can get. I don’t count anything else. Just calories. And exercise of course.

My hubby and I sometimes rife 15 miles a day at an speed of 13 mph....I love riding, just hate the leg cramps after...we even have a dog seat for my 12 pound dog...
