Well weigh in was today STILL AT 178 LBS. I have been at this weight for weeks. At lease I didn't GAIN ANY WEIGHT. I have been exercising for almost a month, now it seems like my skin is hanging more. I use 5 lbs dumb bells, leg lifts (50 times on each leg ) and laying down sit-ups, 50 times. My but is getting firmer hips are skinnier, but my issue is the skin hanging. If anyone knows how Medicare and Medicaid. I have been looking for help, and I am beginning to think that there is no help for me 😢 Thanks for listening.

when you lose fat you have excess skin until it snaps back as much as it will. I have that problem too and eventually some of mine will snap back. but I am in my 60's and I don't expect that it all will snap back. and it will take time. it took a long time to stretch it out and it will take a long time to see it pop back at least some. muscles will also help to fill out some. I look like a shar pei on my arms and legs.
