Well... it's going pretty bad... last night I started having some throat pain, I have a sore throat and am working... and having tea with lots of lemon juice in it.... lots! I hope this won't ruin my diet plans... I won't be able to go to gym tonight as supposed to... but I guess it's just the way it is. My weight jumped too... but I had some bad stuff yesterday... and I expected this to be that way.
Hope to start next week fresh and healthy with the same goals!

I am focused and working my mind into it... then I will walk my body into it... and it will be a success! :) I have a plan!
